Helloooooooo from the other side! (See what I did there haha ahhh I’m so lame) Well if you couldn’t guess by the title I wanted to talk about my experience at Adeles concert in Sydney! BUTTTTT before I do let’s quickly get through where did I disappear again?! I actually had gotten very ill and ended up in hospital. It was such a emotional time,But like always I pulled through and I’m in better health! 

I actually was meaning to do this post last week (before I got sick) but now is as better time as any.. well look first of all, I love adele. I have always enjoyed her music (since I was in high school!) so it was a no brainer for me to get tickets to her concert. Although as some of you might know the tickets were sold out so quickly I did get tickets with good seats but not the best! Nevertheless it was still worth it! I went with my sister as apart of her birthday gift. Now I’ve never been to a concert (yes… I’ll give you a minute to laugh) so when I was actually sitting there with another 95,000 people, it was such a crazy feeling but when she actually got on stage and the music began to play, that’s when it became surreal for me. 

Am I the only one who gets really startstruck and think wow you are an actual person haha. I mean we see celebrities on tv and social media platforms but when you see them face to face you almost want to poke them and be like omg you are real HAHHA. No? Ok it must just be me then. 

Apart from being amazed that me and Adele were both breathing the same air (I swear I’m not a stalker) the music was phenomenal! I really enjoyed that there was a good mix between ADELE, 19, 21 and 25. Each song was better than the next. What I loved was that she sounded the same live as she does in the studio #alltalent. There was fireworks, balloons thrown in the audience and even confetti. She even used this device to throw t-shirts and $20 for whomever caught it in the audience. She also was talking and really interacting with the audience, which I loved. I think that’s what I love most about her, her ability to be as down to earth as possible. Adele just has this amazing vibe about her and I love that she doesn’t care what people think. As a whole it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.

What I wore: 

So my outfit!! I decided to wear my black high waisted LEE pants with my Adidas superstars. (No way was I going to wear heels or anything especially catching the train. That would equal a disaster for me) I actually found this velvet t shirt from she inside (a online clothing store http://www.sheinside.com) I don’t remember the price so definitely check it out if you like it! I took my $12 eBay bag because I didn’t want to have to have a bag that was too hard to carry, and it fit a lot! I did also take my oversized denim jacket because I always end up getting cold. My look was just something super simple, comfy but still looked like I put an effort in. 

Make Up:

For my make up I did a full glam because PHOTOS guys…I decided to do a similar colour lip to my top, I wasn’t sure if it was going to work at first but it did, I used translucent powder on top so my lipstick didn’t budge all night. (best trick if you don’t want your lipstick to transfer or budge especially with darker colours) I did a smokey brown orangey eye with glitter and I mean do I really have to comment on the contour and highlight? The photo pretty much speaks for itself. (Gotta love the chiseled cheekbones and highlighted like no other)

For everyone who did go, you are soooo lucky! For everyone that missed out.. sucks to be you haha I kid I kid, don’t worry there is always a next time, especially from the response she got for her first Aussie tour I am certain she will come back.
